We'll hop on a free 20-minute call to talk through your goals, your current systems, and where the gaps are. I'll ask questions, you'll ask questions, and by the end we'll both know exactly which service is the right fit — and what working together would look like. No pressure, no pitch.

Once we've aligned on scope, I'll send over a flat-fee proposal, a contract, and an invoice for your 50% deposit — all through HoneyBook, so you can sign and pay in one place. After that, I send you a short onboarding questionnaire to gather everything I need to get started.

This is where I get to work. Depending on the service, most projects are delivered within 3–7 business days. I'll keep you updated as I go, and nothing is finalized without your sign-off.

Every project ends with a walkthrough. I walk you through exactly what I built, how to use it, and what to do if something needs adjusting. You leave with a system you actually understand — not a black box someone else built.
