Most projects are delivered within 3–7 business days depending on the service. CRM setups and data audits are typically on the faster end. Website builds take a bit longer, especially if we're waiting on content or photos from you.

Yes — all projects require a 50% deposit upfront to get started, with the remaining balance due at project completion. For larger projects, I'm happy to discuss a payment schedule that works for you.

For CRM setups: access to your HoneyBook or Dubsado account, your brand colors and logo if you have them, and a sense of your typical client workflow. For website builds: your brand assets, any copy you want to use, and photos if you have them. Don't worry if you're not fully prepared — we'll go through everything on your onboarding questionnaire.
